Letsail Tech Limited is incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria as the parent holding company for a growing portfolio of digital technology subsidiaries.

Our holding structure allows us to provide shared governance, legal compliance, technology infrastructure, and brand standards to each subsidiary — enabling faster growth, stronger investor confidence, and cleaner regulatory compliance at every level of the group.

Our flagship subsidiary, LetRyde Technologies Limited, operates Nigeria's emerging ride-hailing and mobility platform. Future subsidiaries will expand into e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, and on-demand services.

2024 — Founding

Letsail Tech Limited is Born

Incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as a technology holding company, with LetRyde Technologies as the first subsidiary.

2025 — Compliance

Regulatory Framework Established

NDPC registration, comprehensive Data Protection Policy, and LetRyde Terms & Conditions drafted and deployed across the group.

2026 — Launch

LetRyde Goes Live in Nigeria

LetRyde Technologies Limited launches its ride-hailing, delivery, and Keke/Okada platform across Lagos and Abuja.

2027 — Expansion

LetsailPay & LetsailMarket Launch

Fintech and e-commerce subsidiaries go live, creating an integrated digital ecosystem across mobility, commerce, and payments.

2028–2030 — Continental Scale

Pan-African Expansion

Letsail Group enters Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa, establishing the continent's most integrated digital platform group.
