We Are a Data Controller of Major Importance
Under Section 65 of the NDPA 2023 and the NDPC Guidance Notice (December 2024), Letsail Tech Limited qualifies as a Data Controller and Data Processor of Major Importance (DCPMI) due to the volume and sensitivity of personal data processed across the Letsail Group.

Our NDPA compliance programme includes: appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), registration with the NDPC, annual Compliance Audit Returns (CAR), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processing, and staff data protection training.
